  • Full transparency, no! I’m a creative VA and will be honest, numbers and high tech tasks aren’t my thing. They’re best with somebody else! But of course, I’m always happy to jump on a call to scope out the tasks you need help with

  • The best way to manage the task list and deadlines is to hop on a call once a week (or fortnight) to go through the to do list. I’ll prioritise my tasks for the week and crack on! This way you know the tasks are being done on time. However if there’s a task you need doing short notice, depending on the task, I’ll get it done!

  • As every package is slightly different, I’ll initially see how long the monthly tasks take then you’ll move over to a fixed retainer each month! This works better for cashflow (for both parties). And means I can get stuck into tasks without having to stop and start the clock!

  • Yes! It’s common to want 2x newsletters sending a month, 8 social posts and some ad-hoc Canva design work too. So of course, depending on your requirements, we’ll get a bespoke package monthly cost agreed
